With over 30 years’ experience in the cultural organisation world, Lynn has worked for renowned institutions such as the Museum of Science and Industry, Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, Chicago Children’s Museum and John G. Shedd Aquarium. Proudly serving as the Accessibility and Inclusion Manager, Lynn has led the award-winning cross-departmental access and inclusion teams at both Chicago Children’s Museum and Shedd Aquarium.

Lynn has provided accessibility and inclusion staff training to multiple cultural organizations in Chicago, Wisconsin and Indiana and has presented at a variety of conferences including Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability (LEAD), American Occupational Therapy Association, Association of Children’s Museums, Association of Zoos and Aquariums and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

Lynn is one of the founders of Chicago Cultural Accessibility Consortium and has authored publications featured in Curator: The Museum Journal and The International Journal of the Inclusive Museum.
