In this new online programme, the Hugh Lane Gallery are piloting audio descriptions of artworks in the collection led by Fala Buggy.
The Hugh Lane Gallery will use audio description, high contrast images and sound to discover the artworks.
During this session, the Hugh Lane Gallery will be exploring the theme of ‘Impressionist paintings in the Hugh Lane Gallery’s collection’ and altered images will be available in advance here or can be sent a day in advance to anyone registered via the Eventbrite link below.
Places are limited and advanced booking is essential here.
Additional information: This Audio Description will be hosted live through the Zoom online platform which is currently accessible through a computer, laptop or smartphone.
Once you have registered via Eventbrite, the Hugh Lane Gallery will forward the Meeting ID/password and general advice on using Zoom in advance of the online session.
