Theatre: You’ve Got Dragons at Birr Theatre and Arts Centre

Dragons come when you least expect them. You turn around… and there they are.

And sometimes they are hard to get rid of. So what can a young girl with a bad case of the dragons do?

Taking Flight Theatre’s You’ve Got Dragons is a touching take on Kathryn Cave’s book of the same name – the story is told in a beautifully inclusive way with Irish Sign Language.

The production is in collaboration with Arts & Disability Ireland.

Dragon Taming Workshop
3.15-4.45pm 
Aimed at children and their families to provide some simple techniques to build resilience in mental health. This workshop has been developed with DEAF clinical psychologist Dr Sara Rhys-Jones (UK). At the end of the session, you will have a practical toolkit for your children to use to combat anxiety and support wellbeing.
