It’s Christmas Eve in 1980s Ireland. A family gathers in a big house in North Kerry under the watchful eye of matriarch Alice. Amidst the festive cheer and witty banter of a typical family Christmas lies an undercurrent of recriminations and a truth that could shatter all of their lives.
Director Andrew Flynn (The Ferryman, Hangmen, From A low and Quiet Sea) and award-winning writer, Christian O’Reilly (Unspeakable Conversations, No Magic Pill, Sanctuary) reunite to present a gripping, often hilarious, new family drama, premiering in the intimate setting of The Mick Lally Theatre.
The creative team includes set and lighting designer Ciaran Bagnall, sound and music designer Carl Kennedy and costume designer Sara Ben-Abdallah.
