Transcending barriers, celebrating ability and disability, disturbing myths and illuminating the creative practice of artists who are disabled on a professional platform: Bounce is a showcase where every aspect of diverse identity is celebrated.
Bounce Festival runs from Friday 4 October to Sunday 6 October and showcases over 60 artists who are d/Deaf, are neurodivergent, or have a disability. These artists are from Northern Ireland, Ireland, the United Kingdom and beyond and are taking part to bring you events that include poetry, masterclasses, exhibitions, discussions, and more across Belfast and Derry in this 3 day extravaganza.

The Bounce Arts Festival aims to make all of its events as accessible as possible to all attendees. They offer the following accommodations at all venues:
• Accessible entry (no steps and automatic doors)
• Accessible toilets
• Reservable spaces
• Assistance dogs welcome
• Free carer tickets for those who need help visiting events
• Travel information (on the booking page and also by email or phone)
Bounce also offer the following by request:
• British and Irish Sign Language (if not already included)
• Quiet space
• Captioning
• Audio description and touch tours
• Extended toileting, changing, and hoist facilities
• Information in Large Print, Easy Read, Braille, and audio formats
• Ear defenders
Please note these services must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. While Bounce will do their best to meet your request, they cannot guarantee this in every case.
