Connections Arts Centre Showcase Event on Wednesday 8 November
Time: 9:30am to 11:30am (Teas, Coffees, and refreshments served on arrival at 9:30am)
This event will shine a spotlight on the transformative impact of Connections Arts Centre(CAC) programmes. It will showcase their Creative TY Connections Programme, where young adults with disabilities and transition year students come together to develop life skills in a safe and supported environment.
Additionally they will feature the Connecting Artists Programme, empowering visual artists with intellectual disabilities to elevate their creative practice and prepare for professional success. By joining our Connecting Artists Collective, artists continue on their artistic journey with the support of monthly online meetings and opportunities to exhibit and sell their work.
This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow peers, CAC programme participants, and coordinators. Engage in discussions, share experiences, and explore the positive impact of the inclusive programmes.
