About the workshop host
Jorge Crecis’ work in dance and disability bridges the physical and the conceptual, celebrating movement as a space of radical inclusivity. A former dancer with Candoco Dance Company, he has recently choreographed for AXIS Dance Company in San Francisco, where his piece was met with critical acclaim. His approach challenges traditional notions of virtuosity, crafting choreographic landscapes where the body, in all its forms, is an expressive force capable of precision, power, and poetic resonance.
