Arts & Disability Ireland (ADI) is a company limited by guarantee (CLG) not having a share capital, registered in Dublin, Ireland. ADI is a not-for-profit, operating with charitable status.
ADI, along with our Board of Directors, is committed to good governance and operate in accordance with our Constitution and within the requirements of the Charities Governance Code.
ADI is committed to protecting the privacy and data protection rights of individuals whose personal data we process. Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy outlines our processes in using your data to advocate and provide our services. It also outlines your right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate, and your right to erasure (the right to be forgotten).
ADI’s vision is inclusive. We believe that all people can experience, enjoy and contribute to the full range of artistic life. Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy takes account of the Arts Council’s Equality, Human Rights & Diversity Policy and Strategy as well as all current legislation.
ADI adopted the Safe to Create Code of Behaviour in 2024, pledging to create a safe, inclusive, respectful workplace.
ADI currently file our accounts using reporting standard FRS 102, but aim to transition to the Charities SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice) in 2025. Unabridged audited accounts are publicly available and can be viewed as below:
