An Electronic Rock & Pop Extravaganza
Inspired by Sound is a Dún Laoghaire and Rathdown County Council Youth Arts & Disability Commission.
Musical director Jonathan Reynolds invited 6 local young people with intellectual disabilities from St John of Gods Services to create music and lyrics based on interesting sounds that inspire them. They have worked together for 6 months.
The group will perform their original compositions live using a selection of electronic instruments under the supervision and guidance of Jonathan and guest musician Marc Aubele.

The awards were developed to respond to the need for better access to cultural activities at local level for people with disabilities.
