Museum: IMMA Inside Out

IMMA is home to the National Collection of modern and contemporary art, with over 3,500 artworks by Irish and International artists.

IMMA have lots of online content and activities for you to engage with and access from home –join their weekly Explorer at Home art activity; listen back to their extensive talks; watch their exhibition videos; read their online magazine; join their #IMMAInsideOut collective online project and explore the IMMA Collection Online.

The IMMA Collection Online is firmly rooted in the present and important new works are added to the Collection each year. Their collection of modern art is regularly enhanced by purchase, commission, donation or loan with a particular emphasis on work from the 1940s onwards.

Since its inception in 1991 IMMA has worked with hundreds of Irish and international artists across all aspects of their programme and in our Collection. Many of these are listed here, and in time this directory will represent every artist they have ever worked with.
