Dance: Dance For All workshops with Laura Sarah Dowdall

Connect to your body, senses & creative expression through dance, improvisation & partner work.

Workshops invite people of all ages, abilities, all levels of vision and hearing to dance, and are a fun, social way to improve balance, coordination, physical health & mental wellbeing.

The workshop includes warm up, chair yoga, breathing practices to calm the body and mind, dance exercises, creative movement, improvisation to music, partner-work and dance theatre games.

Workshops are 90-minutes long each week and cost €60 for 6 weeks. They take place on Wednesdays from 1.15pm-2.45pm, 20th March to 8th May, 2019.
